Is There a Nightly Minimum Stay?
Yes.

  • Weekends (Fri–Sun): 2-night minimum

  • Weekdays (Mon–Thurs): 1-night stays are allowed

What Are the Check-In and Check-Out Times?

  • Check-In: 4:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

  • All properties operate in the Central Time Zone

Is There a Bathroom and Shower in the Units?
Yes! Every unit includes a full bathroom with a toilet and hot shower, along with running water and standard utilities.

What Is There to Eat?
Each unit is stocked with:

  • A refrigerator, microwave, electric stovetop

  • BBQ pit, outdoor griddle, and pizza oven

  • Coffee maker and basic kitchenware

Nearby dining options:

  • Local restaurants and grocery stores (10–15 minutes away)

  • IHOP, Whataburger, and other quick eats (15–20 minutes)

  • Full-service restaurants and shops (20–30 minutes)

What Is There to Do Onsite or Nearby?
Whether you want adventure or relaxation, there's plenty to enjoy:

  • Onsite: Put-putt, walking trails, a catch-and-release fishing pond, murals, BBQ grills, outdoor pizza ovens, and fire pit lounges

  • Unit amenities: Hot tubs, cowboy pools, saunas, outdoor showers, and unique indoor setups depending on your booking

    • Sam Houston National Forest (10 mins)

Can I Bring My Pet?
Yes!

  • Pet-friendly:

    • Texas Mirror House (Coldspring)

    • Texas Ranch House (Coldspring)

    • All Lake Bastrop units are also pet-friendly

  • $39 pet fee per dog, 2-dog max per unit

Can I Bring Kids?
Yes, children are welcome at all locations!
However, most units are best suited for 2 guests. A third guest may be allowed if approved before booking — just reach out to confirm.
For larger groups, the Texas Ranch House sleeps up to 11 and is ideal for families or friend getaways.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

  • 100% refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking

  • 50% refund if canceled after 24 hours but more than 14 days before check-in

  • No refund if canceled within 14 days of check-in

How Far Apart Are the Units?

Coldspring:

  • All 3 cabins are located on 11 private acres

  • Each unit is separated by ~300 yards, with trees and fencing for full privacy

Lake Bastrop:

  • Units are located inside a peaceful campground

  • Each Mirror House is ~100 feet from other cabins or campers

  • You’ll have private outdoor space, but may occasionally see other park guests nearby
